قابلیت نمایش اولیه این الگو در حال حاضر به صورت پیشفرض روی autocollapse است، به این معنی که اگر یک آیتم تاشوی دیگر در صفحه (یک جعبهی ناوبری، نوار کناری یا جدول با ویژگی collapsible) وجود داشته باشد؛ در غیر این صورت، کاملاً قابل مشاهده است.
برای تغییر نمایش اولیه این الگو، میتوان از پارامتر |state= استفاده کرد:
