بمباران استراتژیک در جنگ جهانی دوم کارزار هوایی هر یک از دول درگیر در جنگ جهانی دوم با یک هدف قابل تشخیص استراتژیک است. این از جمله بمباران راه آهن، بندرها، شهرها (مناطق غیرنظامی) و مناطق صنعتی در اراضی دشمن را در بر می‌گیرد. استراتژی نظریه قدرت هوایی است که پیروزی‌های بزرگ را می‌توان با حمله به زیرساخت‌های صنعتی و سیاسی دشمن به دست آورد، تا صرفاً حمله به اهداف نظامی.
