دنیل مارتین واریسکو

دانیل مارتین واریسکو (زاده ۱۹۵۱ در استرانگسویل، اوهایو )، یک انسان شناس و مورخ آمریکایی معاصر است.

زندگی حرفه‌ای[ویرایش]

واریسکو در زمینه تاریخ شرق‌شناسی ، انسان‌شناسی اسلام ، بزرشناسی و اخترشناسی اسلامی، کشاورزی و حقابه در یمن ، و توسعه بین المللی و انسان شناسی فضای مجازی منتشر کرده است. او سردبیر سایبر اورینت (CyberOrient) و نویسنده وبلاگ تبسیر (Tabsir) است. او استاد مردم شناسی دانشگاه هوفسترا در نیویورک بود. او در حال حاضر استاد پژوهش در دانشگاه قطر است.
