کوثر-وا-خاسیس (اوگاریتی: 𐎋𐎘𐎗𐎆𐎃𐎒𐎒)، و نیز Kothar[۱] یا Hayyānu،[۶] خدایی اوگاریتی بود که یک صنعتگر الهی در نظر گرفته میشد.
نامها[ویرایش]
کوثر-وا-خاسیس،[۷] (Kôṯaru-wa-Ḫasisu) تلفظ صوتیِ تئونیمی است که در خط میخی اوگاریتی به صورت kṯr w ḫss نوشته میشود.[۸]
اصطلاحات مرتبط[ویرایش]
نام کوثرات، گروهی از الهههای مامایی که از ایمار، ماری و اوگاریت به دست آمده است، همخانواده با کوثر است.[۹]
متنهای اوگاریتی[ویرایش]
کوثر-وا-خاسیس یکی از خدایان اصلی در دین کنعانی بود و به خوبی در متنهای آیینی و نامهای تئوفوری گواهی شده است.[۱]
اقامتگاههای کوثر[ویرایش]
در متنهای اوگاریتی دو مکان جداگانه به عنوان اقامتگاه کوثر توصیف شده است.[۲]
چرخه بعل[ویرایش]
در چرخه بعل، کوثر چنین به تصویر کشیده شده است که مهارتهای خود در جایگاه یک صنعتگر الهی را به نمایندگی از سایر خدایان، به کار میبندد.[۱۰]
