خط پیکدیلی (انگلیسی: Piccadilly line) یکی از خط‌های متروی لندن است.

این خط که در سال ۱۹۰۶ راه‌اندازی شده است دارای ۵۳ ایستگاه و ۷۱ کیلومتر طول می‌باشد، ایستگاه متروی کوکفوسترز شمالی‌ترین، ایستگاه متروی همرسمیت جنوبی‌ترین و ایستگاه متروی اوکسبریج شرقی‌ترین ایستگاه این خط می‌باشد.
