جایزهٔ کرافورد (به انگلیسی: Crafoord Prize) یک جایزهٔ علمی سالانه است که از ۱۹۸۰ اعطا می‌شود. هولگر کرافورد (Holger Crafoord)، پایه‌گذار این جایزه، آن را به‌عنوان مکملی برای جایزهٔ نوبل عنوان می‌کرد؛ زیرا رشته‌های تحت پوشش جایزهٔ کرافورد، جایزهٔ نوبل ندارند. این رشته‌ها عبارتند از: ستاره‌شناسی، ریاضیات، زمین‌شناسی و زیست‌شناسی.

هالگر کرافورد در سال‌های آخر عمرش به سختی از بیماری آرتریت روماتوئید رنج می‌برد؛ به همین دلیل اعطای جایزهٔ کرافورد را به پژوهشگران پزشکی در شاخهٔ روماتولوژی نیز تعمیم داد.

مجری انتخاب کاندیداها و اعطای جایزهٔ کرافورد، همچون اکثر جوایز نوبل، آکادمی سلطنتی علوم سوئد است.
