پروتئین اصلی بـِرِویکَـن (انگلیسی: Brevican core protein) یا به‌اختصار «بـِرِویکَـن» پروتئینی است که در انسان توسط ژنِ «BCAN» (بی‌کَن) کُد می‌شود.^[۴]^[۵]^[۶]

این پروتئین بر سطحِ سلول‌های عصبی در مغز قرار گرفته‌است.^[۷] در سلول‌های ملانوسیتی، بیان ژنِ بی‌کَن توسط MITF تنظیم می‌شود.^[۸]
