سورفکتانت پروتئین A2 (انگلیسی: Surfactant protein A2)
که با نام سورفکتانت پروتئین A2 مربوط به ریه هم شناخته میشود، یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «SFTPA2» کُدگذاری میشود[۲][۳] که بر روی بازوی بلند کروموزوم ۱۰ جای دارد.
SP-A2 به همراه SP-A1 فراوانترین پروتئینهای سورفکتانت ریوی هستند. SP-A2 به کربوهیدراتهای سطح میکروبها میچسبد و در محافظت و دفاع از سیستم تنفسی در برابر آنها کمک میکند.[۵][۶][۷]
