اریتروکسیلاسه یا خانوادهٔ گیاهان کوکا، (به انگلیسی: Erythroxylaceae) خانواده‌ای از درختان و درختچه‌های گلدار بوده که متشکل از ۴ سرده و ۲۷۱ گونه است.[۲][۳][۴]
شناخته شده‌ترین گونه‌های گیاهی موجود در این خانوادهٔ گیاهی، گیاهان کوکا از جمله گونهٔ کوکا اریتروکسیلوم است که حاوی ماده مخدر کوکائین می‌باشد.
