آرتور کانولی (به انگلیسی: Arthur Conolly) (زاده ۲ ژوئیه ۱۸۰۷ لندن - درگذشته ۱۷ ژوئن ۱۸۴۲ بخارا) افسر اطلاعاتی، جهانگرد و نویسنده انگلیسی در آسیا خصوصاً آسیای میانه بود. وی افسر سواره نظام ششم بنگال در خدمت کمپانی هند شرقی بریتانیا بود. وی در فعالیت‌های اکتشافی بسیاری برای بریتانیا در آسیای میانه و در رقابت با امپراتوری روسیه که به بازی بزرگ معروف بود؛ حضور داشت.
