سیمز ۳ (به انگلیسی: The Sims 3) یک بازی شبیهسازی زندگی استراتژیکی پرطرفدار به سبک زندگی انسان است که توسط شرکت الکترونیک آرتز ساخته و در سال ۲۰۰۹ توسط شرکت الکترونیک آرتز برای ویندوز, مک, آیفون, ویندوز موبایل منتشر شد. این بازی کامل شدهٔ نسخه قبلی آن، یعنی سیمز ۲ میباشد.[۵]

این بازی نسبت به نسخه قبلی پیشترفتهای زیادی کرده و مزیتهای زیادی دارد که عبارتند از :
- گرافیک بالا
- امکانات بسیار در قسمت ساخت انسان
- امکان ایجاد ارتباط اجتماعی بیشتر بین افراد
- آیتمهای بیشتر و متنوع تر
همچنین امکانات جالبی در رفتار بازی وجود دارد از جمله
- وقتی مهمانها را به خانه دعوت کنید اگر در مهمانی خوش بگذرد بار دیگر آنها برایتان هدیه میآورند.
- زمانی که افراد با هم دعوا میکنند یا عصبانی هستند در بالای سرشان رعد و برق پیدا میشود.
