فسفوگلیسرات کیناز ۱ (انگلیسی: Phosphoglycerate kinase 1) یک آنزیم است که در انسان توسط ژن «PGK1» کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۵]^[۶]^[۷] PGK1 در تمامی سلول‌های بدن یافت می‌شود.^[۸]

اهمیت بالینی

افزایش بیان PGK1 در سرطان معده یافت شده‌است و در مطالعات آزمایشگاهی مشاهده گردیده که حالت تهاجمی آنرا تشدید می‌کند.^[۹]
