پروتئین کیناز کیناز کیناز کیناز ۲ فعال‌شونده توسط میتوژن (انگلیسی: Mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase kinase 2) یک آنزیم است که در انسان توسط ژن «MAP3K10» کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۴]^[۵]

این پروتئین با RAB8A^[۶] و TRAF2^[۷] تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.
