گیرنده آدنوزین A2B (انگلیسی: Adenosine A2B receptor) که با نامِ «ADORA2B» هم شناخته می‌شود، یک گیرنده آدنوزین جفت‌شونده با پروتئین جی است که در انسان توسط ژن «ADORA2B» بر روی کروموزوم ۱۷ کدگذاری می‌شود.[۴]

تا کنون چندین مادهٔ شیمیایی متصل‌شونده با این گیرنده ساخته شده‌است[۵][۶][۷][۸][۹][۱۰][۱۱][۱۲][۱۳][۱۴] و پژوهش‌های گوناگونی جهت استفادهٔ درمانی از آن‌ها در حال انجام است.[۱۵][۱۶][۱۷][۱۸][۱۹][۲۰]
