واکنش وایتینگ
واکنش وایتینگ(به انگلیسی: Whiting reaction) یک واکنش آلی است که با استفاده از لیتیم آلومینیوم هیدرید یک پروپارژیل دیال را به یک دیان تبدیل میکند.[۱]
این کاهش آلی در سنتز فکاپنتاان[الف] مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد.[۲][۳][۴]
