لسترشر (به انگلیسی: Leicestershire) یکی از شهرستان کشور انگلستان است که در ناحیه میدلند شرقی قرار دارد.
این شهرستان در سال ۲۰۱۱ میلادی ۹۸۰٬۸۰۰ نفر جمعیت داشته و مرکز آن شهر گلنفیلد است.[۱][۲]
