How to use this template[ویرایش]
This template is used to cite cases heard by دادگاههای استیناف در ایالات متحده آمریکا, the United States Court of Federal Claims, the دیوان عالی ایالات متحده آمریکا, state appellate courts, as well as cases from a few obsolete courts in the format established by Thompson-West.
- Usage: {{West | code | volume | series | page | court | year | pinpoint }}
where code is the case law reporter code given below, volume is the first number of the case citation, series is the series of the case, page is the first page of the case in the reporter, court is the court where the case was adjudicated (skip for Supreme Court Reporter), year is the year the case was decided, and pinpoint is the page where the quoted material is referenced. This is usually included after naming a case, such as: Nichols v. Universal Pictures Corporation, {{West|F|45|2|119|2d Cir.|1930|}}.
