This template generates external links to an FAA Airport Master Record (Form 5010). The links connect to HTML and PDF documents at the website of GCR & Associates, an FAA contractor. The data is updated every 56 days by the FAA's Office of Aeronautical Information. It is used as a reference in Wikipedia articles about airports in the United States.

- ID
- FAA موقعیت‌یاب, a unique 3-4 character alphanumeric identifier assigned to the landing facility (ex. 'ORD' for Chicago O'Hare)
- use
- Facility use (ex. PU = open to the public, PR = private).
- own
- Facility ownership (ex. PU = public, PR = private, MA = Air Force, MN = Navy, MR = Army).
- site
- Airport site number, a unique identifying number which, together with the landing facility type code, forms the key to the airport record. (ex. 04508.*A). Facility type codes: A = Airport, B = Balloonport, C = Seaplane Base, G = Gliderport, H = Heliport, S = STOLport, U = Ultralight.

The FAA identifier can be used to find the airport's use, ownership and site number. The following is an example for ORD (Chicago O'Hare International Airport):
