هیستون دِاَستیلاز ۱ (انگلیسی: Histone deacetylase 1) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «HDAC1» کُدگذاری می‌شود.[۴]

این پروتئین نقش بسیار مهمی در تنظیم رونویسی ژن‌ها، پیشرفتِ چرخهٔ سلولی و وقایع تکاملی سلول دارد.

این پروتئین در دِاستیله کردنِ پروتئین پی۵۳ و تعدیل اثر آن بر روی رشد سلول و آپوپتوز نقش دارد.[۵]
