لووپروپیل‌هگزدرین (انگلیسی: Levopropylhexedrine) یک آلکیل آمین آدرنرژیک است که به عنوان یک ضد اشتها در کاربرد دارد.^[۱]^[۲] همچنین در آماده سازی ضد تشنج باربگزاکلون در ترکیب با فنوباربیتال برای اثرات آرام بخشی استفاده شده است.^[۳]^[۴]^[۵]
