قانون بهبود و سرمایهگذاری مجدد ۲۰۰۹ آمریکا (به انگلیسی: American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009) معروف به بستهٔ تشویقی (به انگلیسی: stimulus package) نام یک قانون است که دولت اوباما به دنبال بحران مالی ۲۰۰۷-۲۰۰۹ آمریکا در فوریه ۲۰۰۹ به تصویب رسانید.[۱]
بر طبق این قانون نزدیک به ۸۰۰ میلیارد دلار به مهرههای اقتصادی بزرگ آمریکا تزریق گردید.
