تناسین-آر (انگلیسی: Tenascin-R) نام پروتئینی است که در انسان توسط ژن «TNR» کُد می‌شود.^[۴]^[۵]^[۶]

تناسین-آر یک پروتئین ماتریکس برون‌یاخته‌ای است که دستگاه عصبی مرکزی دیده می‌شود و عضوی از خانوادهٔ تناسین‌هاست که در پستانداران، دست‌کم ۳ ژن دارد.
