بازدارنده رگ‌زایی ۲ مختص به مغز (انگلیسی: Brain-specific angiogenesis inhibitor 2) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «BAI2» کُدگذاری می‌شود.[۴][۵]

این گیرنده یکی از اعضای خانوادهٔ بزرگ «گیرنده‌های جفت‌شونده با پروتئین جی، ویژهٔ چسبندگی» است.[۶]

این پروتئین به لحاظ ساختاری مشابه BAI1 است و مشخصات بافتی مشابهی دارد و احتمالاً در رگ‌زایی نقش دارد.[۵]
