INSL4 که با نام پپتید شبه انسولینی اولیه جفت (انگلیسی: Early placenta insulin-like peptide) هم شناخته می‌شود، یک پروتئین متعلق به اَبَـرخانوادهٔ انسولین‌هاست که در انسان توسط ژن «INSL4» کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۲]^[۳]^[۴]

ساخت این پروتئین در مراحل اولیهٔ تکوین جفت جنین صورت می‌پذیرد.^[۴]
