FZD3
فریزلد ۳ (انگلیسی: Frizzled-3) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «FZD3» کدگذاری میشود.[۴][۵][۶]
اعضای خانوادهٔ ژنهای فریزلد، یک گیرنده جفتشونده با پروتئین جی با هفت دومین پروتئینی تراغشایی را کد میکنند که همگی پروتئینهای مسیر سیگنالینگ Wnt هستند. بیشتر گیرندههای فریزلد به بتا-کاتنین اصلی مسیر سیگنالینگ متصل میشود. این پروتئین احتمالاً در رشد فولیکول موی پستانداران نقش دارد.[۶]
در موشها، این پروتئین کنترلکنندهٔ رشد و مسیر آکسونها و مهاجرت سلولهای ستیغ عصبی است.[۷][۸]
