کمپلکس AP-2، زیرواحد بتا (انگلیسی: AP-2 complex subunit beta) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «AP2B1» کدگذاری می‌شود.^[۲]^[۳]^[۴]

دو نسخهٔ رونویسی متفاوت از این ژن وجود دارد که ایزوفرم‌های پروتئینی متفاوتی را می‌سازند.

این پروتئین در سطح خارجی وزیکول‌های پوشش‌دار در غشاء سلولی موجود است.^[۴]
