گیرندهٔ پُلی‌پپتید فعال‌کننده آدنیلات سیکلاز هیپوفیز نوع ۱ (انگلیسی: ADCYAP1R1) یا به‌اختصار PAC1 یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «ADCYAP1R1» کدگذاری می‌شود.[۴]

این گیرنده به پپتید فعال‌کننده آدنیلات سیکلاز هیپوفیز اتصال می‌یابد[۵][۶] و شباهت ساختاری فراوانی با گیرنده‌های جفت‌شونده با پروتئین جی کلاس B (خانوادهٔ گیرنده‌های سکرتین) دارد. این پروتئین در بخش قشری عدهٔ فوق‌کلیوی، لوزالمعده، رحم، شبکه میانتریک روده و مغز بیان می‌شود.[۷][۸][۹] این گیرنده همچنین در گانگلیون‌های عصبی «سه‌قلو»، «گوشی» و «گردنی فوقانی» (پیش‌اتصالی) و همچنین شریان‌های مغزی (پس‌اتصالی) یافت می‌شود.[۱۰]
