The names of council members are as follows: standing (L. to R.): Alderman J. Griffiths, Alderman R. Balfour, Alderman Thos. Dunn, City Solicitor J.J. Blake, Alderman Jos. Humphreys, City Treasurer G.F. Baldwin, City Corner Dr. W.J. McGuigan; Seated (L. to R.): Alderman C.A. Coldwell, Alderman E.P. Hamilton, Alderman J. Northcott, Mayor M.A. McLean, Alderman L.A.
