پروفیلین ۲ (انگلیسی: Profilin-2) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «PFN2» کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۳]^[۴]^[۵]

این پروتئین در پلی‌مریزاسیون اکتین در پاسخ به سیگنال‌های خارجی را تنظیم می‌کند.
