نوکلئوبایندین ۲ (انگلیسی: Nucleobindin 2) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «NUCB2» کُدگذاری می‌شود.

این پروتئین، یک دست ئی‌اف متصل‌شونده به کلسیم است.

پژوهش‌ها نشان داده‌است که نوکلئوبایندین ۲ با مولکول ان‌دی‌ان تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.
