سپتین ۷ (انگلیسی: Septin-7) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «SEPT7» کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۴]^[۵] این پروتئین در تقسیم درون‌یاخته نقش دارد.

سپتین ۷ با سپتین ۲^[۶]^[۷] و سپتین ۹،^[۷] تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.
