(This paragraph is not included in the caller) This macro provides an easy way to mark a web site, in which it creates a link, surrounded by parenthesis, with the text "web site" (or something else) for the link.

Usage:

{{WS|sitename|description}}
where sitename is the location (without the leading http://www.) to use, and description, which if you don't put anything in, defaults to web site.

So if you put in {{WS|loc.gov}} you get a link to www.loc.gov like this: (web site)

If you put in {{WS|loc.gov|Library_of_Congress}} your get the same link, but instead it looks like this: (Library_of_Congress)
