توضیحات الگو[نمایش] [ویرایش] [تاریخچه] [پاکسازی]

This template provides an easy method to link to population statistics for English ceremonial counties. The template is updated from time to time as the Office for National Statistics (ONS) releases new data, thus it should not be necessary to manually update the articles or their references. Counties are identified by passing the country name as a parameter. ONS statistics are produced at district level, the figures in this template have been aggregated from the constituent districts.

Note (County Durham and North Yorkshire)[ویرایش]

The Borough of Stockton-on-Tees is the only administrative district divided between two ceremonial counties. The area south of the River Tees (the 2 Ingleby Barwick wards, Mandale & Victoria, Stainsby Hill, Village and Yarm wards) are in North Yorkshire, the larger remaining part in County Durham. The areas of the two parts are 46.0637 & 158.8988km² respectively.[۱] Yearly population estimates are not available at ward level: for the puposes of this template the population split is estimated as ۵۷٬۱۹۴:۱۴۰٬۱۵۴, the same ratio as in the 2011 census (when it was 55,531:136,079).[۲]
