GOT1
ظاهر
آسپارتات ترانسآمیناز، سیتوپلاسمی (انگلیسی: Aspartate aminotransferase, cytoplasmic) یک آنزیم است که در انسان توسط ژن «GOT1» واقع بر کروموزوم ۱۰ کُدگذاری میشود.[۴][۵]
این آنزیم در متابولیسم اسیدهای آمینه، چرخه اوره و چرخه اسید سیتریک نقش دارد.
