Прямоугольное двухстороннее полотнище зелёного цвета с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, воспроизводящее по центру горизонтальную полосу белого цвета, шириной 1/10 ширины полотнища, а также изображение фигур из герба Муромцевского района, выполненные голубым, жёлтым и оранжевым цветом.
