The base map uses data from Natural Earth https://www.naturalearthdata.com/downloads/ (50m files). The map was draw using QGIS 3.24. The projection is EPSG:3857 WGS 84/Pseudo-Mercator. The option to output an SVG file is broken so that the output includes features outside the area of interest. The extra features were removed and the distribution added using Inkscape 1.1 running under Windows 11.
