  • به هر نحو دیگری توسط قانون کاپی‌رایت حفاظت شده‌است و بیش از پنجاه سال از مرگ آخرین پدیدآورنده و تاریخ انتشار اصلی آن می‌گذرد.
تمامی آثاری که تحت نام مستعار منتشر شده‌اند، ۵۰ سال پس از تاریخ انتشار در مالکیت عموم قرار خواهند گرفت، مگر آنکه متعاقباً هویت پدیدآور مشخص شود. قانون کاپی‌رایت افغانستان تنها آثار عکاسی‌ای را تحت حمایت خویش می‌دهد که «با روش ابتکاری و ابداعی پدید آمده باشند» (مادهٔ ششم).
