پروتئین کیناز سرین/ترئونین اس‌ام‌جی ۱ (انگلیسی: Serine/threonine-protein kinase SMG1) یک آنزیم است که در انسان توسط ژن «SMG1» کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۴]^[۵]^[۶]^[۷] این پروتئین یکی از اعضای خانوادهٔ کیناز وابسته به فسفاتیدیل‌اینوزیتول ۳-کیناز است و در فرایند «تحلیل به‌واسطهٔ جهش بی‌معنی» دخالت دارد.
