تیروزین-پروتئین کیناز BLK (انگلیسی: Tyrosine-protein kinase BLK) که با نام کیناز لنفوسیت بی هم شناخته می‌شود، یک آنزیم است که در انسان توسط ژن «BLK» کدگذاری می‌شود.

این آنزیم، با مولکول UBE3A تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.
