ابراهیم ابوربیع

ابراهیم ابوربیع (به عربی: إبراهيم محمد هزاع ابوربيع) استاد اسلام‌شناسی (دانشکده تاریخ و کلاسیک‌های) دانشگاه آلبرتای ادمونتون کانادا بود. او ریاست شورا جوامع مسلمان ادمونتون را به عهده داشت. زمینه اصلی تخصص او روابط بین‌الملل و خاورمیانه بود. او همچنین علاقه‌هایی در زمینه مطالعات و تعاملات بین ادیانی مذاهب سنتی مسیحیت و اسلامی را داشت. او در حین کنفرانسی در عمان اردن داشت، دچار حمله قلبی شد و در ۲ ژوئیه ۲۰۱۱ درگذشت.
