خاستگاه	Clavicular head: anterior surface of the medial half of the clavicle.; Sternocostal head: anterior surface of the sternum, the superior six costal cartilages, and the aponeurosis of the external oblique muscle
پیوندگاه	Lateral lip of the bicipital groove of the humerus
سرخرگ‌ها	pectoral branch of the thoracoacromial trunk
عصب‌دهی	lateral pectoral nerve and medial pectoral nerve; Clavicular head: C5 and C6; Sternocostal head: C7, C8 and T1
حرکت	Clavicular head: flexes the humerus; Sternocostal head: extends the humerus; As a whole, adducts and medially rotates the humerus. It also draws the scapula anteriorly and inferiorly.

عضله سینه‌ای بزرگ یا (به انگلیسی: Pectoralis major) عضله‌ای است بادبزنی شکل و بزرگ که از دنده‌های حقیقی قفسه سینه، جناغ سینه و ترقوه مبدا گرفته و به لبه خارجی ناودان بازویی استخوان بازو متصل می‌گردد.

کارکرد

عصب این عضله از عصب لترال پکتورال و اعصاب گردنی تأمین می‌شود. انقباض این عضله موجب نزدیک شدن بازو به تنه ، خم شدن به جلو و چرخش داخلی بازو می‌شود.
