استروملیسین ۲ (انگلیسی: Stromelysin-2) که با نام «متالوپروتئیناز ۱۰ ماتریکس» (MMP-10) و «ترانسین ۲» هم شناخته می‌شود، یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «MMP10» کُدگذاری می‌شود.[۴][۵]

عملکرد[ویرایش]

این آنزیم در تجزیهٔ ماتریکس برون‌یاخته‌ای طی فرایندهای طبیعی فیزیولوژیک همچون رشد رویان، تولیدمثل و بازآرایی بافتی و همچنین فرایندهای برخی بیماری‌ها نظیر آرتریت‌ها و متاستازهای سرطانی[۶] نقش دارد.
