کاویئولین ۲ (به انگلیسی: Caveolin 2) یک پروتئین است که در انسان توسط ژن «CAV2» واقع بر بازوی بلند کروموزوم ۷ کُدگذاری می‌شود.^[۴]^[۵]^[۶]

کاویئولین ۲ یکی از اجزای مهم حفره غشایی است و در برخی از اعمال حیاتی سلول از جمله انتقال پیام، سوخت‌وساز چربی ، کنترل رشد سلول و آپوپتوز نقش دارد. این پروتئین ممکن است همچون یک سرکوب‌گر تومور عمل کند.

کاویئولین ۲ با مولکول‌های کاویئولین ۱^[۷]^[۸] و RASA1^[۹] تعامل پروتئین-پروتئین دارد.
