رود شیکاگو (به انگلیسی: Chicago River) رودی در ایالت ایلی‌نوی، ایالات متحده آمریکا است.
این رودخانه که از تعدادی کانال و آبراه تشکیل شده است از میان شهر شیکاگو عبور میکند و طول آن ۲۵۱ کیلومتر است.
