دفتر کنترل سرمایه‌های خارجی[۱] یا دفتر کنترل دارایی‌های خارجی (به انگلیسی (The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) یکی از ارگان‌های تحت نظر وزارت خزانه داری ایالات متحده آمریکا است. این دفتر بر اساس اهداف و سیاست‌های خارجی ایالات متحده علیه دولت‌ها، سازمان‌ها و افراد غیر آمریکایی تحریم‌های اقتصادی و بازرگانی اعمال می‌کند.
