خوزه ماریا سیسون (انگلیسی: Jose Maria Sison؛ ۸ فوریهٔ ۱۹۳۹ – ۱۶ دسامبر ۲۰۲۲) سیاستمدار، نویسنده و فعال فیلیپینی بود که حزب کمونیست فیلیپین را تأسیس کرد و مائوئیسم را به فلسفه‌اش افزود. او از اوت ۲۰۰۲ توسط آمریکا به عنوان «فردی که از تروریسم حمایت می‌کند» طبقه‌بندی شده‌است. دومین دادگاه عالی اتحادیه اروپا در سپتامبر ۲۰۰۹ حکم به حذف او به عنوان «فردی که از تروریسم حمایت می‌کند» را داد.[۲][۳]
