برایان ادوارد کاکس (به انگلیسی: Brian Edward Cox)، OBE (متولد ۳ مارس ۱۹۶۸) فیزیک‌دان ذرات اهل انگلستان است. وی عضو انجمن سلطنتی و استاد در دانشگاه منچستر است.[۸][۹] وی روی آزمایش اطلس در برخورددهنده بزرگ هادرونی در سرن در نزدیکی ژنو در سوییس فعالیت می‌کند.[۱۰][۱۱]
