این الگو برای نمایش جعبه اطلاعات نام(های) کره‌ای استفاده می‌شود. اگر این الگو در کنار یک جعبه اطلاعات دیگر به کار رود، باید همانند این ویرایش به صورت پودمان فرزند (child module) پیکربندی شود و پارامتر عنوان نداشته باشد.

توجه: این الگو در حال حاضر، طبق این RfC، در فرایند منسوخ شدن قرار دارد. این الگو قرار است با نسخهٔ به‌روزشدهٔ {{Infobox Korean/auto}} جایگزین شود. نسخهٔ جدید دارای لاتین‌نویسی نیمه‌خودکار و قابلیت‌های دیگری است، از جمله پارامترهایی برای افزودن منابع برای هر اصطلاح. توصیه می‌شود به جای این الگو از نسخهٔ جدید استفاده کنید. در نهایت، الگوی قدیمی به یک تغییرمسیر به نسخهٔ جدید تبدیل خواهد شد.

Description of parameters

Parameter name	Description	Default

image	The filename of the image (for File:Koreageostub.svg, set "image=Koreageostub.svg".)
image_size	The width of the image in px (i.e. 220px). Do not use unless necessary.	frameless
caption	A caption for the image; appears beneath the image.
context	Context specification. Set this to "north" for North Korean articles; this will cause the box to use North Korean terms and spellings (chosŏn'gul, hancha instead of hangul, hanja). This parameter can also be set to "old" for use in articles about events that occurred before the development of North and South Korea (pre-1945); this displays the more neutral Hunminjeongeum in place of Hangul or Chosŏn'gŭl.
hangul	Korean name in Hangul. For modern people, do not put a pseudonym (such as a stage name) here (unless their real name is not known). Leaving this field empty will add the page to Category:Articles needing Korean script or text.
hanja	The Hanja for a given Korean name. Leave this field empty or set to none if there is no corresponding hanja name.
rr	The Revised Romanization of the name. Leaving this field empty will add the page to Category:Wikipedia articles needing romanized Korean.
mr	The McCune–Reischauer romanization of the name. Leaving this field empty will add the page to Category:Wikipedia articles needing romanized Korean.
koreanipa	The IPA transcription of the name.
*ho	Art name	replace * with hangul, hanja, rr, or mr
*born	Birth name For modern people, this is for a legal name at birth (when different from the current legal name).

*stage	Stage name
*ph	Posthumous name
