Returns the ISO 15924 four-letter code corresponding to the input, either a three-digit numeric or four-letter code.

Usage

• {{ISO 15924 code|Latin}} →

Default output, in case the input is not found in the list, is a blank (no text). It can be set different:

ISO updates

The ISO list is changed regularly, last years in June and December. Current list is completed تا تاریخ ۹ اوت ۲۰۱۱ (2011-08-09). This list has 160 defined codes (code, number, script name).

Note: when resolving red links or wrong links, edit {{ISO 15924/wp-name}} or {{ISO 15924/wp-category}}. That is where the connection between ISO code and Wikipedia names is made.

We here at Wikipedia do not and can not decide over ISO 15924. End of story.
