پایتخت فرهنگ عربی یکی از طرح های ابتکاری اتحادیه کشورهای عربی زیر نظر برنامه پایتخت های فرهنگی یونسکو است.این برنامه برای بزرگداشت فرهنگ عربی مطرح شد.
